Come to find out that this small cabin he purchased in the early 90’s had continuous site drainage problems over the years. This caused issues with the north wall which finally gave way. The failure isn’t funny at all but what is…that he called me vs 911 and he was still eating his peanut butter sandwich and chuckled as he told me what just happened. The little house was buried, and new home built on a different spot on his land.
