Some No-Nos!
It seems as though our team has a new case study that comes across our path frequently. Here a short list of No-Nos:
- Don’t dig up your grandmother’s peonies and take them with you to the next home without getting it in writing.
- Not a great idea to mask all your pet urine smells with frou frou plug ins; best to mitigate or replace!
- At your final walk through of your new home, its probably not a great idea to bring boxes to leave in the house. Move in happens after closing 🙂
- Remember all the miscellaneous stuff the previous owner left in the rafters when you bought a house? Best not to pass it on!
- Avoid temptations to buy that awesome new furniture set or a new shiny truck before closing without talking to your mortgage lender.
- Don’t forget to flush, empty the waste baskets, do the dishes, and clean up that hairball!
- Permits, permits, permits! Pull them if required by the city for projects you take on. Don’t have this rear it’s head!
