Case Study

A few recent tips have crossed my mind as real estate moves withing the NWTEAM:

  • Before listing your home be sure to do a walk-about to look for any chipping or peeling paint as FHA and VA appraisers will want this corrected. https://www.epa.gov/lead
  • Before listing your home, check in with the city to see if they require a city inspection. If so, you might want to have that completed a few months before you go on the market so you can take care of the punch list that might be called out.
  • Before you list your home, think about the time of year you might go on the market…..if in the cooler months, call us to do a summer photo shoot so we can have the best of the best pics out there we go on the market.
  • Before you list your home, have us do a walk-through about 6 months to a year ahead of our target date….this will help you to have an idea of things you might need to take care of in a more leisurely time frame.
