Our seller was out of town and left all of their full garbage bins in their HOT garage. Our open house was quite pungent! We pulled the bins out and hid them around the corner. We sprayed the garage with whatever we could find and did a quick run to get wall plug ins. Whoof! Conducting the open house with the garage door open was interesting….as we corralled people to go through the front door!
