We had a client, many moons ago, who walked into the house we were showing them and Mr. Buyer said….”someone passed away here”.
Hmmm, that was an interesting starter conversation for our showing. Long story short, he was absolutely right. He had something that just was there…spot on…he could sense it. Well, they did end up purchasing the home as it was perfect for them on all accounts. We had the house “cleansed” by TK Dunn Space Clearing and they still live there very happily. Home touring can really bring in some
interesting findings!
