
We still need inventory even in the peak of our robust spring housing market! Most communities have about one month of inventory sitting on the shelf….meaning that it would take just one month to sell all Active inventory if nothing else was listed for sale.

Even though it is a Seller’s market your listing price needs to be spot on….not inflated and at an impact price. Buyers are discerning and dive even deeper into “value” as they decide on which home to pursue than ever before.
Too good to be true offers do come into play with Buyers offering over asking price to see if the Seller will take their offer….in hopes that they, the Buyer, doesn’t have to get into a multiple offer situation which might require that they pay even more!
