The Quarterly Report aggregates market data for a county or predefined area to provide insights into sales activity for the prior Quarter and year. Each of the graphs provide different aspects of the real estate market.

AREA REPORTS
The Area Report analyzes data for a specific market area. The market area can be as broad as a county or specific as a city, and in some cases an area or neighborhood. The Area Report offers a look at sales activity for the prior month and year, along with current and past year-to-date statistics.
Frequency: Monthly.
